Not long ago I received my Van Cleef & Arpels Sweet Alhambra necklace but it was a little short. So I decided to get it extended through the boutique in Beverly Hills. Despite the service being overall good, there were some hiccups along the way, which put the boutique in a bad light. You just don’t expect this kind of mistake to happen in such an established boutique but you be the judge.
